I want to use the medicine Tapentadol instead of ibuprofen or paracetamol.
Tapentadol is not the strongest opioid drug, but it is still an opioid...
Do you think it will be compatible with nitrite?
I'm afraid of the pain that could be from nitrite. I'm afraid of abdominal pain, for example, somewhere else. They write that there may be pain in the head, but for some reason I'm not afraid of it... It turns out that if there is pain from nitrite, then only in the stomach, in the intestines?

Do you think Tapentadol will help with severe abdominal pain after taking nitrite? Or opioid medications in combination with sodium nitrite, on the contrary, can lead to suffocation, to severe shortness of breath, which a person will feel while still conscious?

That is, a person will suffocate in the same way as if he closed his nose and mouth and stopped breathing.
What are your thoughts?

There are two issues I can see using opioids with SN. Firstly they can cause additional nausea/vomiting on top of that caused by the SN itself.

The second is they reduce gut motility possibly slowing the rate at which the SN enters the small intestine. Not sure if either of these issues would be enough to cause failure but you could take a large dose of benzos instead.
