Help Is it worth it buying a 20L helium tank?

There is a website that sells large helium tanks ofc it costs a lot but idc about that as much as how heavy and big it's going to be. I won't be able to hide it in my room. And I'm also worried the method won't work since I've read multiple times that nowdays helium tanks aren't pure enough to die from. I don't mind trying again with another method but how can i get rid of the tank after the fail? (I'm 56kg 164cm)

Simple. It will say if it's pure helium or not. If it isn't pure, you don't buy it.

idk but i heard if you dont get a regulator valve with these big tanks, than you could risk blowing up your lung. which is ofc a ctb method as well, but a much more painful one
