Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Pictures below are of my stairs. I could attach the rope to the railing and pull it over the side of staircase and I could stand at the bottom of the wall. Is it too risky that the railing is not strong enough

I doubt that railing can support your weight.

That railing is a bit meh, but it could work. If you decide to use it, make sure to test it first by yanking on the rope with your full body weight.

Alternatively, you could get a long rope and tie it to something else upstairs, which can be anything. You just need to find something strong.
