Help Is it really easy to get SN in Latin America?

These days I have been looking for where to buy SN, i found some laboratories and chemical distributors that apparently have it, it claims 99% purity but i'm not sure, i don't wanna buy something that doesn't works, how can I be sure it will work for me? Any advice? Has anyone here from Latin America been able to get it easily?

I've heard in some of those countries you can get N easily, I would imagine SN is easier.

I know @Suicide Girl recently got her sn in Brazil and it was fairly easy.

In Brazil there are no SN regulations so you can buy online without any problems.

it seems like you can still largely buy sn there without any questions, i think it's because all of the attention regarding sn are from the western countries.
I'd also advise you don't share this so openly.

Esses dias estive procurando onde comprar SN, encontrei alguns laboratórios e distribuidores de produtos químicos que aparentemente o possuem, afirmam ter 99% de pureza mas não tenho certeza, não quero comprar algo que não funcione, como posso ter certeza de que funcionará para mim? Algum conselho? Alguém aqui da América Latina conseguiu obtê-lo facilmente?
