Yes, you do not need antiemetics to CTB with SN, but they are recommended. Unless you vomit instantly, vomiting is not a cause of failure. The recommended dose of SN is 20-25g but the lethal amount is only around 2g. By taking a lot more SN than technically required, a lot of SN is absorbed very quickly, so even if you vomit after some minutes, enough SN is absorbed to be lethal.

Have you seen the PPeH and Stan's Guide?

Stan's Guide says the antiemetic for use with SN needs to be a dopamine blocker. I don't know why.

The PPeH mentions antiemetics in general. And cannabis is one of them. Smoked or vaped but not ingested.
