Well, I can tell you, at least for me. It definitely isn't something I could easily find in my local supermarket.
And by reading various threads by others on this forum, it would seem that in some of countries it isn't so easily accessible. This also coincides with the product becoming more regulated, sources becoming cut-off to individuals and the various instances of police welfare checks some people have recently encountered.

Nembutal survival rate is zero when taken high dosage and firearms survival rate is 10% you can't say this for rope suicide methods like hanging and partial hanging

I am not from India but I can give answers why

They don't have the right resources
They don't have money to buy Nembutal, Nitrogen build
A lot of Indian movies suicide methods are mostly hanging, jumping or drowning
It is easy to access rope in India
People who do hanging are mostly desperate people who don't have time, money and wanna die asap

I'm not sure if it ships to the UK. Most likely they will, but there may be customs to inspect the package.
Looking at the website I doubt they ship to the US, but you could contact them to find out.
