People would likely hear you as you're dying due to the heavy breathing and other sounds that ensue, plus it's just too risky to be caught

They will hear and find you when you get unconcious and start agonal breathing. I would strongly advice against ctb in your home.

Yes but if you take the risk right now you might make it worse in the long run

Maybe you should try to ctb in some location in nature in which there are no people around. Some desolate place. I will be ctb in such location via SN.

Puking makes some noise too. I was considering taking my SN in a forest but - as I'm a very unlucky person - someone could see me or hear me and call for an ambulance.

You can go very early in the morning when there are no hikers around. Also in some very secluded part of the forest.
