Is it okay to take out your SN to measure it?

I got my SN but I'm pretty sure it isn't the amount I asked for it doesn't even look like much. I put the bag on a scale and it just glitched out. I think I should try to measure from a bowl then put it in an airtight container after? But would this ruin the SN and make it not usable? Because I know air exposure is bad for it

I'm stressing cause I feel like its not enough SN and I would like to know for sure how much it is but I don't want to ruin it
