Coffee on an empty stomach can make your stomach queasy. You'll be in withdrawal if you always have a cup of coffee, so that will cause discomfort. The goal of the SN method is not to throw up, or throw up the least, so any additional stress on your stomach would not be good. Maybe half a cup if you really can't stand it *might* be fine, but obviously it's a risk.
It's fine to take the clonazepam as long as one does not megadose and pass out prior to the attempt. I plan to increment a benzo does to make myself calmer as the date approaches.Clear liquid is ok till 2 hrs from sn so coffee wouldn't really affect absorption but I personally never drink coffee on an empty stomach as it makes me sick.Similar threads
