I think you need Means, Method and Motive, the motive bit is mostly based on how you are processing things in the mind. Anxiety and how it presents itself can fog things or contribute.
For example an anxious mind can lead to chronic insomnia, this insomnia can remove a lot of the safeguards that makes thought rational.

I have anxiety disorder and suicide is a very difficult thing for me to go through with.
1. I can't imagine being dead
2. The act of killing myself will be one of the hardest things to do in my life.
As a guy with anxiety it's very difficult.

I believe that anyone could ctb if they are desperate enough and the pain of living gets to be unbearable. I do think that if someone has anxiety then ctb could be more difficult to go through with.

Someone with anxiety did successfully(I think) ctb earlier. They had crushing pressure from other problems not under their direct control as well.
I think that maybe anxiety needs to be looked at more serious. It's not just anxiety. Maybe harder pushes with meds, Im not medicated.
