In my country north macedonia which is the poorest country in entire Europe, it was very easy for me to acquire SN. I was never even asked why I needed it.

This list is not entirely true because a huge amount of the country's money is held by a small elite, while the rest of the macedonians live in poverty. Most of the people I know are poor. I am one of the lucky one to be in the currently nearly-extinct middle class in macedonia.

I don't know if you've seen the famous video this YouTuber called Bald and Bankrupt made about Moldova. Moldova was actually reported to be maybe the poorest country in Europe. Interesting thing is the video actually improved things in Moldova. It got that much notoriety. I'll link it here,It's quite funny. Apparently more people visit his local Tesco in a day than the number of people that visit Moldova in a year.
