I've had vivid dreams that seemed to last a long time, and in these dreams I had in-depth conversations and fun experiences. Then I woke up and all those people from the dream were instantly irrelevant even though I could picture them still clearly.

I think ctb is hard because we've become attached to this "dream." So in one's final moments maybe thinking of this decades long experience as "just a dream" is the key. Shakespeare wrote how after shedding one's mortal coil there may still be dreams to come.

This is... an interesting approach. I tend to do the opposite, thinking of ctb like falling asleep but forever, never having to wake up and face a new day again. But then again, I rarely remember my actual dreams, quite different from what you describe.

The "dream" has never been the issue for me, I love the people around me but my CTB is not about them, I just am destined to suffer.

But you would never see them again. I wish there was another option besides death. I hate this life but death is unappealing.

I feel as though my death, although possibly painful for them, would be better for everyone. I would regret not seeing anyone again, but even if I were to decide to live the joy of seeing family and friends is far diminished by the pain of every other minute. That is no comment on your situation though. If you feel like you will miss the people around you think more about ways to improve your situation.

But I'm trying and things keep getting worse. I'm so angry that I was abused as a kid and that my therapists weren't qualified to help me.

I was only emotionally abused, but I can relate to the frustration of seeing behavior patters out of your control that are from something that happened years ago.

Its not fear, its just the same amount of suffering mixed with indifference.

Dreaming of the future could be explined by probabilities tho. You dream every night of your life, but 99,9% of the times it doesn't come true, but that special time that it does you think that something supernatural is happening, but not really.

Dreaming of the future could be explined by probabilities tho. You dream every night of your life, but 99,9% of the times it doesn't come true, but that special time that it does you think that something supernatural is happening, but not reall

In that case I can also argue its more probable that some dreams do show the future. These dreams are made up of so much details that the probability of having one accidently correct becomes almost impossible let alone having many dreams showing entire conversations, entire series of events perfectly in order from start to finish.
