Or at least comparable to partial?
Not talking about any drops, just full suspension.

input welcome, my insomnia is so severe and not responding to medications and I'm living in misery just trying to find my method here.

would be so grateful for any input

I'm toying with partial right now and Jesus Christ, why is it not working. I remember how one time at a party my friend started choking me with his arm, I didn't feel any pain or even discomfort before I started to pass out. If he just kept going I would have died a completely painless, peaceful death. But here I'm pulling and pulling and I can't even experience slight loss of vision. Instead the rope gets uncomfortable around my neck even though it's a soft nylone rope for shibari and I seem to always block just the jugular vein. Maybe using a thin rope is actually bullshit and there should be wide I'm padding around the neck instead?

Edit: I just wrapped a winter scarf around the noose and tried again. I positioned the noose right under the jaw. So basically the opposite of what the wiki says. This time I got to the point where I could feel something was starting to happen and it didn't feel like there was any blood building up in my head. I didn't feel pain but there was a panic reaction for sure. I could still breathe fine although I my breathe sped up. I wonder if it sped up and I panicked because of hypercapnia or because My body sensed this could be the end. but if it was hypercapnia then sure it has to mean my arteries were blocked too right?

I had good try with partial but I pulled out of it. I will end it with full suspension as I figured out partial. The rope must be soft and squeeze easily in slipknot. And the side which is tying the slipknot must be on the right side so the left side of the neck is squeezed more easily.

Full suspension when carried out right is fairly painless. When you step off the chair (or whatever) the rope should tighten around your neck closing off the carotid, jugular or both resulting in passing out in a matter of seconds. You will feel nothing after that.

I think the idea of not blocking breathing really doesn't matter. When using a rope, if it can compress the windpipe sufficiently to block air flow it probably is also putting enough pressure on the carotid arteries to cause unconsciousness in seconds, before co2 can build up to cause choking feeling.

In full hanging this is almost certain. But in partial hanging sufficient weight is required, or the arteries might not be fully compressed, the person might stay awake long enough to feel suffocation or head exploding.

Similarly with a choke hold. It can make a person unconscious very quickly, without causing any permanent damage if released immediately.

It probably takes much longer after unconsciousness to cause complete brain damage and then death. Before completely dead, the body will probably shake involuntarily a few times. If that releases the rope with a changed body position, the person might regain oxygen, blood flow, and then consciousness, worse with partial brain damage. Partial hanging is probably more risky than full hanging for this reason.
