Discussion Is death ever painless?

Is death ever truly painless? I assume most deaths are painful. At least leading up to it especially from old age

Certainly can be. I had a heart attack several years ago with no pain at all. I just passed out multiple times. Had I not gone to the hospital, I would have just kept passing out and eventually died without any pain.

imo most natural deaths are painful. some diseases like cancer , alsheimers etc can cause years of excruciating pain before they finally kill you . and there are a multitude of such diseases .

imo heroin, morphine ,opiods , fentanyl, Nembutal are painless ways to reach non-existence. once non-existence is reached there can never be any pain again ever. one cannot suffer or feel pain if you don't exist . 1 micro-second after the brain dies it's non-existence forever.

Nembutal is the easiest and you know the dosage 12- 15 grams take a drink that's it fall asleep fast. can take meto 1 hour earlier . i don't know of the exact dosage and way to take opiods . and they are difficult to get in pure form. but they made all these crimes to buy and own and sell. it's pure evil they make nembutal heroin morphine and fentanyl crimes to buy

a gun can be instant lights out no pain you don't even hear the shot , if you know how to shoot well and aim right to the brain or brain stem. imo requires a lot of practice and knowing where the brain stem is. guns are available only in certain countries.

i may be able to get opiods...but ony hydrocodone

I remember a teacher telling me, after telling him that I would blow my brains out one day, that you would feel the worst pain possible after doing it, cuz you would feel the pain of the bullet going through you.
Fat chance, I bet he was just trying to dissuade me.
