• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I was just wondering. It seems like a reasonably easy method and I was just curious what the actual dying process would be like.

There is a Carbon Monoxide Megathread. If you seach down the threads today you'll find I asked a question re Megathreads. Its found there.

My overall concern is the potential harm to others. If done in a domestic setting.

My understanding with the co method is it's pretty peaceful. Depending on where you do it, and having all cracks and openings sealed, it can be successful. I've read about people in China who ctb using charcoal in their cars.

Some years ago, I read an article in the paper of an accidental CO death of a girl while camping. Apparently she was cold, and her dad moved the charcoal grill closer to the opening of the tent to keep it warm. The fumes crept into the tent and eventually she died in her sleep from inhaling the CO.

Yeah, I'd do it in my car. In the woods.
