I feel so lonely in the real world nobody shares the same believes or even open to a debate. Anyone with similar experience?
Not to be rude but why aren't you vegan? I know it's not easy for everybody thoI'm vegetatian and anti-natalist. I REALLY admire vegans. I think a lot of people here are anti-natalist.
Hiiii let's gang up (Ļā ā )ayyyye I am an antinatalist. Hello my fellow people
I'm an antinatalist, and I agree with vegan ethics and philosophy, but I've unfoetunately been programmed to be a meat eater by a carnist culture. Perhaps one day I'll fully go vegan. I agree, it's sad that it's so hard to find people like us to talk to. Society at large just wants to suppress our way of thinking because they don't want to actually think about things.
I don't take enough care of myself to be honest... I think I'd really struggle with health if I cut out eggs etc. I do try and buy organic free range in the hopes they have a better life buy yeah- it still doesn't feel great. Really, I know it's lazyness at the end of the day. I just spend so much time working, I can't be bothered to make proper meals. Not to be rude but why aren't you vegan? If I'm honest, I wonder just how cruelty-free all our food is... Do you ever wonder that? Even foods you'd assume are vegan can still harm animals and the environment:
Are beans your main source of protein? Do you have soya milk or take protein supplements may I ask?True, but veganism is not about being perfect, it's about causing the least harm. Also eggs are not needed at all, my main diet is rice/pasta, frozen mixed veg, and beans and I'm healthy. I have to motivate myself to try to be healthy or people would assume that veganism leads to problems... Best wishes to you

Hmm basically yes, but i try to bring variaty into it. My staple is rice+beans/lentils+mixed veggies. I make a big batch of equal parts rice legumes veggies (like 1 cup of each, the beans are canned so already cooked so i add them last... Also I add salt and mild spices, whatevers at home, rarely tofu bc it's expensive). It takes 30 minutes max and leftovers are good for a few days. My other go to is oatmeal with soymilk, and random fruits nuts or peanut butter but yeah pb is not cheap here so i mostly go with fruits. Are beans your main source of protein? Thank you for being vegan for the animalsMany things are not cruelty free when you consider humans as well. I don't let that deter me. Animals cannot even hope to advocate for themselves.
I have been vegan for 10 years. I never bothered with antinatilism as I can not afford children so it matters very little to me.
Reacting to your name, I wish i was a raccoon/foxVegan antinatalist til the day I die.
Ahh thank you!! There's a subreddit for literally everything lol, it gives me some hopeYes, I am a vegan antinatalist. Though reddit is pretty awful, there is a vegan antinatalist subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/VeganAntinatalists/). It's small enough that the worse aspects of reddit haven't impacted it yet, and it may be worth your occasional perusal.
It took me half a year to go vegetarian then vegan so i get it. It hurts me that people have babies left and right, especially if they have hereditary diseases. The last time i was in hospital there was a lady with schizophrenia (her mother/grand mother also had it) and her main reason for wanting to get better and lose weight (she's also obese) was to be able to get pregnant and give birth. I don't get it... I tried to question her on why she wants a biological kid but she got offended... I hate how i can't read the room and stuff but im curious...Antinatalist here. I keep it to myself mostly since I don't want to intefere with anyone's decision. But really, I wish people would cut down on procreating, or at least, can guarantee a decent relationship with their child. It hurts seeing people who suffer because the ones that force them here can't be bothered to be more understanding. As for vegan, I'm considering being one. It's horrific how much pain humans could cause to animal, and I want to stop participating in this act. But it's taking a while lol, I can't adjust yet.
Do you mind if I ask what it is that keeps you from practicing veganism?I'm not vegan in practice but I do believe in ethical veganism. (In other words, I'm a POS hypocrite.) But I am a practicing antinatalist!
