A person would drown after passing out on ghb. There is no pain at all. Just an assurance that you will not just wake up afterwards. I am thinking about SN but I am scared of soar troath as there are some people who couldn't swallow it so it didn't end up well. Also fast heartbeat and sweat will cause me to panic. What are your opinion on that?

I think for heartbeat you could use beta blockers but they are very hard to get cause you need a prescription and are obviously not available on black market because you don't get high.

Fast heartbeat is ain't that bad, you will just feel like you are running, you can't take medicine for every symptoms if you take too much medicine you gonna vomit which you don't want in any ingestion ctb involved, ultimate goal here is to keep sn in your system

I am also concerned for ghb purity as well. I think purity of the substance used is a big factor regarding will it succeed or not.
