I'm not sure what the 20m is for? You need enough height for your feet to be off the ground.

I have a beautiful maple in my very private backyard that I wouldn't mind jumping out of for a drop hanging. It is easily as strong as a gallows. I don't understand why you find it so humerus.

From what I've read 10 meters would break your neck. There is a chart online that shows drop distance needed for a person's weight. It is from the British and is still in use by former colonies that still hang prisoners. The 1913 version, the most current, ranges from 8' 6" for 112 pounds to 5' 1" for a196 pound person.

Before I researched I was sure the drop would have to be longer
