Why don't people inject lidocaine to the muscles surroanding cartoid artery and then slit it?

Not everyone has the medical know how or courage to overcome SI I suppose. Success rate is also very low.

This could be a good combination, I posted a thread earlier of how effective cutting the carotid arteries is.

Also it looks easy to overcome the SI if you do a bunch of quick and deep stabs, it's not like you can change your mind after that.

I think the #1 reason people will not do this, is fear of doing it wrong/cutting the wrong area. In threads like Night Night, it's clear people already struggle to find where the carotid arteries are.
