You've probably experienced low blood sugars...
It's not comfortable. I'm not sure this is a very comfortable method
I would also think there is a high risk to survive, but with permanent damages to yourself
But i'm not a doctor

Mentioned in the PPH but was ranked quite low for reliability.

Beyond that, I have no input.

Read the PPH before attempting.

Thanks for the input. I also considered combining insulin overdose with barbiturate overdose combined with hanging. I would want to pass out from the overdoses and asphyxiate afterwards with a rope or ideally a long zip tie

Sorry posted too early her blood sugar was 10mg/dL she was delirious and was fighting four male cops they thought she was on drugs/alcohol my supervisor at the time said if she hadn't had sugar soon or mistakenly taken her nova pen most certainly would have been in a diabetic coma but again this doesn't guarantee death we gave her dextrose and within minutes was back to normal with no real recollection of what happened

My partner died this way. Not eaten so her sugar was low anyway, we arnt sure if she took insulin. She was found with foam coming out her mouth at fists clenched. Heart stopped beating properly causing fluid to build up in her lungs therefore no oxygen getting in and her brain swell. Not a nice way to go

In one of Louis Theroux documentaries (I think it is A different brain), he spends time with a woman who attempted to commit suicide with insulin. She survived but was left mentally impaired to the point where she could no longer live independently and needed constant care.

I've often wondered about this.... I have access to all kinds of insulin . I'd probably just end up in a coma

that's what I'm afraid of 2. Also my diabetes makes my blood sugar Run High. I can never get my blood sugar low enough to get into the danger zone

Only advice I have is to stop taking your insulin full stop if you need it and also what would insulin do to someone who doesn't need it I've got some and thinking this as a option
