Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

You can get razor blades they are really good for letting out hate...

You just have to remove your hair before you start and then press a bit into the skin with your blade and then pull it through

You can also do it more often so that you can see the white directly...
If it's not enough you can pull over it more often but please keep in mind that if your skin is open bacteria etc can get into your body so I would recommend to have some kind of tape there and disinfect the "wound" directly and then don't let go of the tape until it stops bleeding so much then you can start with the next session

Take care of yourself

Please don't cut. It's not a good coping mechanism and it can end up causing you more stress rather than reliving it. The relief you get from it is very short term and many end up developing an addiction to it, leading them to cut deeper and deeper, sometimes to the point of permanently injuring themselves. Cutting scars also aren't that easy to hide, especially since, depending on how deep you cut, they can end up bulging from the site of injury. That's not getting into the fact that cutting generally requires a lot of aftercare, especially after deep cuts in particular, and sometimes may even require stitches. I wouldn't recommend it.
