Help how do people hide their sh cuts? (On wrist)

Today was so uncomfortable. We had some activity shit for school and had to do it the whole goddam day. Accessories werent allowed; bracelets, scrunchies is what I usually used to hide the bruises on my wrist when my jacket wasnt around. And we werent allowed to use jackets either! Just some plain tshirt and boring pants. Everyone was looking at my arm, which is, to be expected. But they gave me judgemental looks as if that already helps with my situation! I couldnt even use bandaids, it wasnt allowed! Like what?! Does anyone know how to help hide them? They are like, a day old.. It was just starting to heal. The white lines were obvious.. Please help ! I dont want to go through that again! I didnt know that we had to do that activity today, i wouldve cut somewhere else that's not visible if i did.. Someone even touched what was on my wrist. I wanted to break down so badly, i felt like I Was gonna throw Up.

i just went through all my school years wearing long sleeves every day

at one point this wasnt allowed anymore, so i honestly just told the headteacher that i have sh scars and i dont want anyone to see, he let me wear them after that!

i made sure to specify they were old, as if i didnt he wouldve told my parents he didnt mention anything to them, i could've easily lied lol

That's why we stopped cutting our wrists or lower arms. Only upper arms where it would be under a sleeve, or high on inner thigh. There is too much potential for being caught (sectioned or committed) or embarassed.

i would suggest fake sleeves that some people use for modesty, but seeing as though long sleeves aren't allowed in general— i agree with seeweed, there's also tinted sunscreen available so you can apply it discretely

There are clear silicone bandages that let you apply makeup without the risk of infection! Maybe try that?

I cant wear any bandaids, even bandages. But thank you! Ill try your recommendation. Maybe im gonna try talking to one of the teachers to give me a pass.

Im from the Philippines, and honestly, the schools here are bad. I am allowed to wear a jacket but not during that said activity. Theyre really strict with dress codes but maybe one of the teachers will have a change of heart when I talk about my situation.
