Help Instant death through hanging

Is this something you actively can aim for? Maybe by making the gap to the ground really big? Or putting your head into a specific position while "landing" so that your neck will be 100% broken?

Instant death is very rare. Sometimes it´s caused by a vagal reflex, the sudden Stop of the bloodflow. More likely ist that you pass out after reaching the end of a drop at a long drop hanging with broekn neck. The length oft he drop depends on what´s your weight. The knot has to be placed under the left ear.
