I like the serenity prayer (which I really hope fits under the definition of a quote if you extract the message from the religious part), It has a simple little idea that's sometimes easy to forget in our day-to-day life. It helps me cope and such and I feel better muttering it to myself before I go to sleep under the watchful eye of any powers that be.
