Good evening friends,

some time ago, I found this document by a German author (Scrooge) describing a more "sophisticated" version of the classic exit bag.
After having built one of these systems myself and being really happy with the result, I chose to translate the document from German to English.

So this is a translation from an originally German document made by Scrooge. All pictures included in this document were provided by the original author. All credit goes to him. All I did was translate the text to my best abilities, tweak a few sentences here and there and added a bit more details where I deemed necessary or helpful.

I believe this is a really neat little manual for a great device that might offer a secure and peaceful way out for some people. As I mentioned, this is not my idea however. Therefore, I also attached the original file "STICKSTOFF_A_M-1.pdf" of Scrooge.

Finally, I apologize for any grammatical or linguistic mistakes. English is not my native language, but I
hope the general principles presented by OA can be understood anyway.

This is really all I have to say about this.
Have fun reading, and have a nice day!

@Fizzy92 I have bought all the required gear but i'm having second doubts because if the mask doesn't create enough of a seal there might be complications. Are you not worried about this mask not creating a airtight enough environment?

Hello friend,
I am not able to guarantee anything of course. But I myself am convinced that you don't need a perfect seal, because whatever little air might slip in will be mixed with a much larger amount of inert gas.
Even with 10% of air mixed in, you'd only get about 2% of oxygen in what you breath. Not by far enough to sustain life.

But again; as you see, I'm still here and hence am unable to give any promise.

Good luck my friend. I hope you are more courageous than me.
