Indian hotel precautions???

I ll be CTB ing at any nearby hotel in th next few days using SN. It won't be some five star hotel. A simple one with AC. I ll pay for two days in advance. Also tell the hotel people to not disturb me. I ll CTB the very same day i check in.
What other precautions do I need to take to avoid being saved??
I haven't stayed at a hotel before so not aware about the protocol etc.
PLEASE HELP and give suggestions what precautions to take.
