I have another weird question because I'm overthinking 24/7...

In theory, is this plan realistic ?
1) Take a lot of sleeping pills
2) Put a sleep apnea mask on my face (DIY inert gas method) for example Bleep Eclipse nasal mask to avoid gas leakage
3) Use a timer to trigger the inert gas (let's say 2 hours later, while deeply sleeping)

Sorry if it's not clear. I know it would be very complicated to make this setup. It was just an idea. It could resolve the SI problem and anxiety before ctb

It seems like a MacGyver question, and it actually is...

Thanks !!

It just actually might!
I mean if it works in big compounds (like the exhaust gas into the car method), why wouldn't it work in cozy little ones?

Yes, it could work and if I had to guess it would likely be a peaceful way to go. I think I'll need to look more into the whole helium nitrogen gas way of ctb honestly.

This man succeeded with butane. I don't know anything about gas methods, but it seems better than SN. I had a CPAP machine for years but they took it away because I didn't use it enough. That being said, I read that even with severe apnea (which is my case), it is very rare to die in your sleep... Damn !

I've been thinking of using the CPAP too. I don't know about compatibility between needed items, but I do believe that with enough duct tape and flex seal anything is possible.

This is just the inert gas method.
If everything is perfect without mistakes it is obvious this would work.
I'm afraid with complicated set-ups you make one small mistake and then you have a failed attempt.
