In need of desperate help

I have suffered horrifically with a permanent medication injury called akathisia for long enough to know that it's time to go. What is the most accessible, kindest exit option within the US? I can't get assisted as I won't qualify.

Sorry to hear that, but all you can do is research yourself, read about methods and make your owm mind up……no one on here can tell you what to do. Educate yourself

That sounds really horrible what you are going through. I really wish there's a straightforward way to just permanently be free from this existence in peace. But anyway there is a suicide resource complination with information about suicide methods, I hope that you eventually find the freedom you are searching for.
