Help In dire need of a Discord server for adult CSA survivors

I've been uncovering severe SA trauma from our childhood, and as I do this I'm in a place where I connect to non-victims less. I found a server for adults with this trauma that was fantastic, and it kept me from isolating and that possibly leading to CTB, but it turns out they're not as autism friendly as I thought (they kept saying I was arguing whenever I would clarify and ask questions and I jist couldn't figure out how to navigate)...

It is RIDICULOUSLY hard to find CSA Survivor servers that are only 18+, while also being DID system and RAMCOA/OEA

friendly, and understanding autism. All the ones I find allow minors. If ANYONE here has one that fits this criteria and is specifically 100 percent recovery aimed, please tell me. Thank yall so so much. I'm worried that this one of my last resorts

I appreciate it but unfortunately I really need spaces specifically catering to CSA victims. Most proper associations don't share Discord servers due to safety reasons anyway. Also RAINN has this thing recently that I'm finicky about. Still, thank you for even seeing this and posting, genuinely <3

hey, I have a diagnosis of DID and I've found https://dissociative.cafe has a nice Discord server for adults bodily 18+ with or supporting someone with a dissociative disorder, and also has a bunch of really helpful resources on the website itself. I don't know any discord servers for CSA specific—in Australia there is sane.org, their recovery support groups and forums for severe and complex mental health. I'm not a big fan of "plural" servers, they're always full of thirteen year olds roleplaying a trillion fictional characters.
