I'm thinking about jumping off of my apartment building. But I'm not sure if it's enough to kill me. It's about 5 or so stories tall. Do you think it will kill me?

Depends on the ground and how you land. If it's something hard and you land on the head your pretty sure dead, but if it's grass you might even survive landing on your head. Besides that from that height landing on anything but your head will probably cause you to survive, even if it's concrete. You should find another spot.
Friends, please think carefully, I don't think the fifth floor is a sufficient height. There are so many factors out of your control that if you don't leave it, a broken bone or paralysis will make you feel worse. Please consider carefully
I would NOT trust that, a 16 yo boy tried to ctb in the building that i am living on a week ago (this might sound absurd but it is a true story) … he jumped from the 7 stories and survived, this made me really afraid of jumping now, i would not trust unless it is around 10 stories or more AND it also has a concrete ground
wouldn't count on it, and ur SI would make it difficult for u to put ur head forward imo, doesn't seem like a good method. I hope u find the peace ur looking for

I would go for a 10 amd above floor. HOWEVER if i had no other choice i would definitely jump the 5. Just making sure i land on concrete and on head/neck
If I had the courage for this method I would personally try and find somewhere much higher than that. But anyway I wish you the best, to me jumping sounds like such a terrifying method and I admire those with the courage for it.
I do not know him directly, but he is currently in an ICU, I wish the best of luck for him because I don't think it is possible to recover 100% (I heard a very loud sound and screams, he probably broke a lot of bones :/)
