Help I'm taking 20 ml(100 mg) of diazepam with my SN is a good idea?

I wanna fall asleep immediately because i'm scared my anxiety will make me call for help is this good?

This will be fine. Benzos are not necessary but are a huge luxury for SN. If you have them it's generally recommended to take them. Just be aware of onset times so you don't pass out before you actually take the SN. I hope you find your peace

I'm planning taking it after drinking sn so i don't pass out before i drink it.

Just be sure to not take benzos too early & fall asleep before taking sn.
