This will be fine. Benzos are not necessary but are a huge luxury for SN. If you have them it's generally recommended to take them. Just be aware of onset times so you don't pass out before you actually take the SN. I hope you find your peace
I'm planning taking it after drinking sn so i don't pass out before i drink it.

Just be sure to not take benzos too early & fall asleep before taking sn.
