Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I was sectioned in a mental hospital for a month last year after I attempted suicide while I was there they prescribed me sertraline which is an ssri but that's basically it I only got to speak to a doctor about 3 times while I was in hospital. When I got out I was put under a youth mental health team who I had to see every two weeks who are completely useless. I have told them I'm struggling multiple times and they act like they care but don't even do anything about it obviously I would never tell them I'm suicidal because I don't want to go to hospital again. The ssri I was on didn't work and gave me bad side effects which I told them for months on end and they didn't care or bother to prescribe me anything else so I just tapered off it myself. I've been under the mental health team for over a year and since then I've seen a doctor once who did nothing I've had zero therapy I haven't even been offered it or anything to help me. My mental health is getting worse and worse which is obvious to them and I don't even have a care plan or anything they literally just dgaf. Even if I wanted to reach out for help it would be useless.

I was on the exact same bullshit without any drugs (lying is op) but they didn't do shit towards getting these thoughts to go away. It just destroyed more of my trust

You need to tell them youre having suicidal thoughts, but dont have any plans to act on them, plus you have things to stay alive for. That way youre the highest priority without chance of hospital
