i don't know what to do anymore. i'm so close to just doing it. i'm trying to hold out for some birthdays i have coming up but i just can't anymore
It's exhausting isn't it? Even when things are not so bad, it can still be overwhelming and tiring. I hear you.

I know you're tired but you need to keep going and by "keep going" I mean to hold on...to live... just another hour, another day, it's less difficult when you think about surviving short parts of time. Be proud of yourself for this, even if you stay in bed, you are still here and it's amazing, it's beautiful! You are

Same. I feel like I've come to my end point. There are no more options left for me. But at the same time I can't overcome the SI.
