I could barely pull myself out of bed this morning. I was laying in bed starving, my stomach was rumbling and I could feel myself getting sick cause I didn't eat. No matter how uncomfortable I was, I couldn't bring myself to get out of bed. I didn't have the energy, nor did I have an appetite to eat. My chest is in pain the remainder of the day, like a big weight on my chest. I felt so empty even though I feel depressed (if that make any sense). I'm having a headache right now and feeling dizzy. I wish I could just sleep and never wake up.

Depression is very tiring, it takes all your energy :( Just know that you are not alone, try getting help if you haven't already, maybe it works for you. Sending you hugs

Sorry to hear. That happened to me a few weeks ago. I just lay in bed, and by the second day all I could do was cry. I hope it gets better for you. You may have a "trigger" to get out of bed? I know the trigger that stopped me from being as depressed was that my bf offered to have me stay with him and his family.
