Help I'm so stupid that I can't even tie a noose on my fan to ctb.

You're not stupid. While I won't tell you what works, I will say that fans are literally attached to very little to no structural support and it only takes a hard tug to pull them out. I dislike how movies really make things like this look easy, it's really not.

You're not stupid. While I won't tell you what works, I will say that fans are literally attached to very little to no structural support and it only takes a hard tug to pull them out. I dislike how movies really make things like this look easy, it's really not.

100% agree. I tried it two times, first time the closet I was attached to broke and second time my belt broke. It's ridiculous how they just make their mind up and are gone a few minutes later in media.

Honestly, even IF this method worked... it's very painful. You've got like 30 minutes of being in shock and unable to move while your nerves flare in pain.

There's videos (which I will NOT link to) that would be worth investigating.

Honestly, I've been trying to hang myself for a while and I can say that it's an extremely uncomfortable and painful method. I know that what we are looking for is a reliable and preferably painless method, but the reality is that we don't have many options that meet all expectations.

There is tutorial on youtube and practice , you will get it. And i would not trust a fan, a big tree is better.

And to op if you have your own place you can install a pull up bar or some other contraption on the ceiling provided it's made of sturdy material
Also full suspension isn't supposed to cut your blood supply but to asphyxiate
