I'm trying to die via partial hanging and its scaring the shit out of me i'm freaking out my head is feeling light headed and its only my elbows and arms stopling me from dying fully and i'm terrfied

It doesn't look like you will be successful with this method considering your SI is huge. But giving time might solve the problem. There are other methods as well, and if you have gotten this far, you have courage to do other methods.
