I'm looking at ordering SN and some sort of assisting drug or solution. Can you help me out?

I'm in the UK for reference and would like to know how I aqquire SN and have delivered in the post and in what package it will come. Will it be discreet enough to not raise alarm? And I would like to know want assisting drug or solution I can consume before use to ensure a more confortable exit. If you can help point me in some useful direction that would be great!

I may not ctb soon but I'd like to have the stuff in stock and have a choice.
