Try calorie zigzagging. It is an alternation of calorie expenditure per day with an overall average calorie deficit.

Hi guys, I wanted to post an update on the situation. I lost 25 kg since I last went on this forum. Thanks for all of your tips and help. I feel great about my body and the realest problem was alcohol and my sedentarity but I'm getting better habits now. My mind is still a mess though and today is the first day that I feel suicidal again. At least I tried to fight I guess but I send all I have left to the people of this website who are struggling. I hope you will manage and however you want to.
