Pack it, wrap a dressing or some sort of material around it tightly, and get yourself to hospital.

If it's bleeding heavily, call an ambulance.

Cuts with sharp blades may appear to not be bleeding that much but tend to start up after a minute.

Going to the hospital is the right call, stay strong.

Keep us updated if it's possible. Are you experiencing really bad pain? I hope you will get a painkiller or something strong at the hospital. This really sucks, I can imagine.
