I'm crying

I'm fully tearing up and crying after such a long time of not being able to even if I wanted to. I don't know how to take this,

Emotions are really harsh especially when they were bottled up for long. You are not alone. You can talk to me what do you feel right now. Sometimes I burst into tears for no reason after weeks of being completly numb. You may feel confused or even scary of your emotions when they suddenly appear out of nowhere.

I go between periods of feeling nothing and feeling everything, where I cry often. When i'm in either or of those stages, i always want to be in the other one. I'm rarely ever content with what i'm currently experiencing. Been crying for the last 2 hours off and on and hate it.

Did something different happen to cause you to cry?

You can always post whatever you like here, this a supportive space. Never feel bad for expressing yourself, that is what we are all here for.

Crying after a long time is like unleashing the repressed floodgates, I know it feels so weird and foreign after you've been unable to do it for ages. I would reccomend taking a paracetamol afterwards because the headache that appears post-cry is bloody annoying

You are with friends here and I cry all the time and it helps sometimes. Heck there is no negative aspects at all to being emotional and post away becasue this is the site for support, love, caring and understanding.

I understand how you feel. I can't cry and couldn't do it for most of my life. Sometimes I really want to cry, but I simply can't

Cry is a good emotion. It is a way to relief a bit of the pain that you're suffering. I do many times want to cry my heart out, but i can't most of the time.
When i do cry i feel a big relief though. Wish i could cry as often as I wanted to.

I cannot cry anymore. I used to a lot, but I think I cried so much that I can no longer do it. I feel empty like I have already died in a way. I can imagine it must be overwhelming to finally cry after so long. Maybe I will cry again before I ctb. I wish you the best.
