• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I made myself addicted/chemically dependent on oxycodone for a month a year ago. Then was put on suboxone and tapered down. So now I'm clean and have been for a long time. But I want to relapse but only get high once a month or so, to avoid dependence. Is that possible, or will one time getting high make me instantly addicted again? Like with alcohol, the tolerance never resets which sucks, but is it the same with opioids?

I wouldn't test it. The addiction is still in you, you just currently aren't addicted, so trying one more time can probably re-trigger the addiction. I doubt you'd get withdrawals, but maybe more likely to get addicted to the feeling you get when you do drugs, so the bar to do more gets more and more lower. Unless you have really strong willpower then probably don't, but if not, I'd suggest not to try.
