I went to my regular appointment at the psychiatrist hospital i usually come, but they identified that I was under severe risk of suicide if unwatched by nurses n doctors...

i kinda dont wanna say so people dont use this as a method and not being honest with their doctors. but i was pretty opened about how i had said goodbye to everyone in a silent way and they know i've attemped with SN before

Not this time.
Once i prepared the SN drink and leaved by my side but feel asleep because of xanax, my boyfriend figured it out and took away from me. The doctors know that, so they know i have knowledge and acess to SN at any moment and can buy at anytime i want.

Once i prepared the SN drink and leaved by my side but feel asleep because of xanax, my boyfriend figured it out and took away from me. The doctors know that, so they know i have knowledge and acess to SN at any moment and can buy at anytime i want.

I think it helps in crisis but can also help in normal times. I'm technically very suicidal, think about it all the time and have a way. But I communicate with my carers to make them understand my distress, and hopefully they can help.

So a psych ward can be a place where everyone focuses on how to make you better, it can be positive like that !

Yes, in my country it's the law if I wish harm someone or yourself you are forced to be hospitalized

im going voluntarily to the local hospital open ward in 2 or 3 weeks as well, still waiting. probably gonna transfer directly to a more specialised clinic afterwards.

God that would be terrifying, going to therapy, not knowing if you would even get to go home that day if you said something slightly abnormal. Suppose that's another thing to fuel my fear of therapists...

That being said, if they see this website on your phone via search history, then would that make your stay longer due to "more evidence"?
