Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been an inpatient for the last month in the UK. I've been told I'm getting discharged on Friday. I'm still suicidal and incapable of lying. I'm thinking of being honest and saying I can keep myself safe. I'm just worried because a good psychiatrist will ask lots of questions and be curious

it sounds like you need more support and should be honest.
if you are wondering if you should be honest, your inpatient situation must not be that bad.
also, it sounds like you are suicidal but also ambivalent, since you are considering discussing things with a doctor
actually going through with suicide takes tremendous intent because of survival instinct (SI). To really end things, you usually have to be really intent and set on doing it. you probably lack that intensity of desire to end your life and won't commit suicide soon, so you should keep trying to live and get more help
a lot of people here have made plans to die, either don't go through with it or botch the attempt, and end up worse because they didn't plan they would be alive. you should plan to be alive.

I think you misunderstood me. I'm thinking of being honest about the fact that I'm experiencing suicidal ideation - that's all. I'm not planning to be honest about the fact that I still plan to take my life.
If you really want the help then I definitely suggest you should be honest. Maybe you needs your medication increased or changed or more added.
I applaud you for being able to say you need more help and feel unsafe by yourself. Just shoot straight and they can try to help you more. Try going to more classes or all if you can. Participate in group discussions and basically take advantage of all the help they offer.
You've already been given good advice. I'd just like to add that getting help in the first place is a big step and I applaud you for that. I wish you all the best in your recovery.
