Venting I’m a horrible human who doesn’t deserve to live

I've hurt people I care about in ways that I'll never forgive myself for. I have no one to blame but myself. I hate who I am. I do not deserve the good things in my life. I do not deserve to exist because it hurts those in my life. I nearly downed my heart medication last night and I'm incredibly disappointed in myself that I didn't. But I'm stuck in the dichotomy of staying alive causing those around me pain and killing myself causing those around me pain. There is no winning.

If you regret what you said you did, that means you have a heart, it means you are aware of your feelings and the feelings of the people you care about. This is a good thing after all. In order to become a better person we sometimes screw up things in this path.
