I freaked out yesterday and went to try to hang myself in the back of my house and my mom showed up and I kept going and she started talking about it being spiritual and demons and she hit me and I stopped she threatened to commit me to a mental hospital for the third time and I was out of my mind, now they are paying a lot more attention I need to do this no matter what

How old are you? That's not the way a healthy and caring mother would react. Hitting you for trying to kys? If you can, you should try to find somewhere else to live, or distance yourself from them whichever way possible.

i know what you mean, my family is extremely superstitious as well, they used to think i was possessed when i used to self harm as a teenager.
