I have been worried that my chosen path CTB which FS will be painful and that I would end up asphyxiating for a long time till I die. I finally tried to mimic my hanging by using an extension cord, like a strangulation above my Adams apple. Each time I felt woozy and almost passed out. I was nervous before because I can't find my"sweet spot". As it turns out the rope will find it for me.
