this is going to sound weird and overly specific as fuck, but the power to make cobalt or other rare metals fueled with my own life. they are needed for cell phones and stuff and so valuable, but mining them can mess with the environment and society. so could get fairly wealthy and do nice things with it, plus leave sooner.

This is great. Yes, I would like to have it. but I would improve the power to chemically modify objects, so to create not only metals. dangerous because in the first crisis I can turn things into HCN or CO gas.
