To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what type of person I'd have to be in order to not be suicidal, since it's not like I have incurable physical illnesses or financial problems. Can I reincarnate as a unicellular organism, E. coli perhaps? The less awareness I have, the better...

Edit: my second option would be Jesus Christ. Why? because majority of humans are religious and they would listen to "the son of god", imagine the amount of power you can have. Walking on water, flying or teleporting anywhere you want (most likely?) including outer space, popular, socially accepted and so on. But then I realized that this figure is a fictional character. idk if this counts.

I think pets have the best life out there. You get plenty of food, live in a dry and warm home, can sleep whenever you want and the best thing: your family loves you because you exist, you don't even need to achieve anything. That would be great

I don't want to give details too specific about who I want to reincarnate as, as it may be used to identify me, but, I definitely agree that I don't want to be human. Being human when you don't want to be human is one of the most miserable things I can possibly think of, because there's no real hope of fixing it besides death. Also presumably one might not want to be human because they don't like humans or interacting with them and would prefer interacting with non-humans. But in this world, the only beings we can communicate with in any intellectual capacity are other humans.

I just wish that people would leave us to end our lives in peace once they realized we simply want nothing more to do with them, or that our problems aren't realistically fixable.

Though I think it's very improbable that reincarnation isn't real, I don't see becoming non-existent as a bad thing. It's much better than the life I have now. But even though it may be foolish, I have a very vivid image of the life I would rather be living and I desperately hope that ending my life would somehow allow me to live that life. The people there would even be understanding to those who would want to end their lives and not resort to either physical force or banning of useful materials just to stop us.

If as a person, I would want to be born as a woman into an aristocratic capital owning family in central Europe during the late 1800s. I would marry a handsome nobleman and live on an estate mastering language and literature while common people suffered from poverty. We would not feel guilty or lucky, we would incorrectly believe we were from a superior lineage and our place at the top of hierarchy is only natural. I would be blind to their suffering due to my elite status.
