If you could get it, would go for a potentially fatal dose of Phenobarbital (10 grams) + alcohol, Benzos & Opiates?

If you could get 10 grams of Phenobarbital, plus lots of opiates and benzos, and whilst drunk, would you use, and trust, this method? What I'm really asking is, would you trust Phenobarbital, to the same degree that you'd trust Pentobarbital, if you added some extras to enhance the effects??? If so, how much more would you trust a Phenobarbital + extras CTB attempt, over a disgusting, salty, SN attempt???

If I was at very low risk for being found, then yes, absolutely. I might even skip the alcohol (not a fan of the taste and increases risk of vomiting) if I had enough opiates and benzos to guarantee I'd go unconscious pretty fast.

If I thought there was a risk of being found though, I wouldn't use this method. SN requires a couple hours, max, but this would probably take multiple days even though you'd pass out much sooner.

Bro, i dont know about the phenobarbital, But alone if u pop 80 mgs of oxycodone, i mean the one that is IR, and u mix it with 100mg valium and some beers, u are gone unless i have tolerance built up already. It will be alot more pleasant than the SN method i have heard ppl doing

You need more Oxycodone than that for CTB. I regularly take quick release, 180 mg of Oxy, crunched up into a powder, and then go to sleep with 10 mg of Xanax, which is way stronger than Valium, and I just wake up at 11am drowsy as hell, instead of 6am, and everything else is fine.

Opiates tend to build up a tolerance very quickly. For example I had major surgery recently and after the first day I was on 5mg of oxy, or 10 if I was in a lot of pain. But if you take them regularly you will feel less effects and require way more. Opioids are well known for this, especially in people with cancer/terminal illnesses who require doses that would kill a non-habituated person.

I have 110 mg oxy left, along with about 40 mg Valium. I also have some hydrocodone but because it's mixed with acetaminophen I would only take 15 or 20mg to avoid liver damage if I survived. I would think/hope that kind of overdose is fatal for someone like me (110 lbs with no tolerance), especially if combined with alcohol, but I've found surprisingly little on how much is deadly. Of course most reported cases where they know the dosage are people who received narcan and survived.

I think it's quite difficult to predict how much of an opiate would be fatal to one person over another. 110mg of Oxy is the equivalent to approximately 200 mg Morphine, which is supposed to be the starting point for a fatal Morphine overdose, from what I've read. So if it were me, and I am in no way advising you here, I would use a lot of alcohol, and get hold of a lot of a Benzodiazepine, as all of these things, especially, exacerbate the fatal effects of each other.
