I'd want everyone left alive to suddenly gain complete mind reading powers with no possible way to avoid having your mind read by others. It would be a pretty funny prank. Thoughts would even be audible on things like tv, phone, or radio too.

If I could change one thing, I'd want everyone in the world to be happy and have everything they need in their lives. Before I CTB, I'd at least want everyone else to be happy.
